2. How can I order your products?
Fill in the contact/request for a quote form and one of aiia sales representatives will be in touch within an hour. Please, give us more time on weekend.
3. What’s the price?
There are several factors that influence the price (ex: complexity of customization, shipping, number of colours, quantity), so we will have some questions to ask. Please send us your request using request for a quote form or give us a call.
4. What’s the MOQ?
Minimal order quantity starts from 1000 pieces. If you need smaller quantity, please contact us to discuss.
5. Can I buy your products in retail?
The products in small quantities are not available directly from aiia. However we will happily provide you with the contact of a local distributor.
6. How can I pay for order?
Bank transfer for orders over 1000 pieces, paypal for samples. Other payment methods are a subject to discussion.
7. What are the delivery terms?
Since we do not keep stock production time takes from 2 to 4 weeks for manufacturing and 1 week for shipping and delivery.
8. Is it possible to get a free sample of a product? On what conditions?
We do not provide free samples. You can request product samples for $30 per item.
9. What colors you have available?
You can order products in any color according to pantone or metallic color chart depending on the product
10. Are your products unique?
Yes, all aiia products are unique and designed in-house. Some of our products are patented.
11. Are your products certified?
Yes, all our products have CE, EMS and RoHS certificates.
12. Can you deliver to my country?
We ship worldwide from ShenZhen. Various incoterms applicable.

Yes, we are the members of PSI, PPAI, Ariba. You can also find us in UPIC and DUNS databases.

Products are manufactured in China. Factory certificates can be provided upon request.
