    Our approach and attitude. We create completely different, original products from scratch for people to enjoy using. It enables us to deliver truly impressive brand experience for every client’s project.
  • What is your company’s mission?
    Our mission is to bring back emotions to promotional gifts industry, meaning that every business gift should please the receiver, cause positive emotions, and stay in everyday use for ages. Moreover, the global aim of Aiia is to advance the promotional industry to the level of contemporary art.
  • How old is your company?
    Aiia brand is 3 years old and despite such a young age, it already shows a strong presence on the key European markets, UK, USA and Asia.
  • In which countries do you operate?
    Our worldwide operations are managed from HQ in Kyiv, Ukraine. Due to the well set up logistics, we don’t have the regional operational limits and can ship to any country in the world.
  • Where are your goods manufactured?
    All Aiia products are designed in-house in Kyiv, Ukraine, and manufactured in Shenzhen, China. We have our own production office in Shenzhen that controls all the technical processes, certification, quality assurance and audit.
  • How fast can I get a quote for your product?
    You can get your quote in 24 hours or less.
  • What cooperation conditions do you have?

  • Are you a registered supplier on Ariba?
    Yes, we are the members of Ariba.
  • How can I contact a Sales Office in my country?
    Aiia’s worldwide operations are managed from the HQ in Kyiv, Ukraine. There are the regional teams allocated to each country. In case you do not know which account executive to contact, you can direct your reach our Client Service Team at sales@enjoy-aiia.com, and it will be assigned to the manager responsible for the relevant market.

  • Why do you have only 12 products?
    Our product line consists of 12 products at every moment of time – that's our way of maintaining high level of focus and making it easier for clients to choose what's best for them. Every month or so we launch a new awesome product and move the oldest one to the archive. That’s how we keep our products trendy and on the edge of innovation.

  • Are your products certified?
    All our products are certified with CE and RoHS. We are also holding a number of technical reports and certificates required for each type of item. We are ready to provide the copy of any certificate upon your request.
  • Can I get a sample of your product?
    Yes, it is possible to get a sample of any product. You can request a sample from any Aiia’s account executive. We have a sampling policy towards stock and custom branded samples. Call us or write an email to sales@enjoy-aiia.com.
  • Can I get a custom sample in my own branding and pantone colours?
    Yes, we can offer you a custom sample produced in your special colours and branding. The costs for such sample are counted individually based on the chosen design. In average, custom sample production takes 10 calendar days.
  • Can we use one of your products exclusively?
    Yes, we’re open to that. Contact our team to discuss the details at sales@enjoy-aiia.com.
  • What is the minimal order quantity?
    The MOQ is 1000 pcs for any product.
  • How do you control the quality?
    Firstly, we have our own production office in Shenzhen, China, that takes care of Quality Assurance and is monitoring the production processes. Secondly, we cooperate with independent testing or quality check labs such as SGS or BCTC. And thirdly, we are also open to independent party production and quality audits initiated by the client
Branding
  • What branding options do you have?
    Every product has it’s own variety of options to make your project unique, some include water transfer, custom turn-on sounds, full-body branding and more. You can see them on every product page.
  • Do you customise the packaging?
    Yes, we can create custom packaging, if needed for the project, including non-standard premium packaging.
Shipment
  • On which Incoterms do you operate?
    We work on EXW, FOB, DAP, DDP Incoterms.
  • What is your lead time?
    Our standard production time is 30 days for the mass party in full customization.
  • How fast can you ship the order to my country?
    Depending on the shipment conditions, the transit time for delivering the mass party all over the world is 6-10 days.
